Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Role Summary:
Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or other modules. Design, develop, configure, integrate and test applications, while advising clients on best practices and platform standards.
Expectations:
- 3‑4 years of ServiceNow development or configuration in project settings.
- Strong consulting experience (project office or professional services) is a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate with functional teams, architects, and delivery stakeholders.
- Effective communication in French (written & oral) with bilingual French/English preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Participate in functional and technical workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, import sets, and transform maps.
- Develop client scripts, business rules, flows, UI policies, and other scripting components.
- Conduct unit, integration, and defect resolution testing.
- Document solutions, configurations, and processes.
- Provide advisory support on platform best practices and standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow delivery frameworks and accelerators.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in ITSM processes (incident, request, problem, change).
- JavaScript (client & server), Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, tables & relationships.
- Integration knowledge (REST, SOAP, import sets, transform maps).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on client trust and relationship building.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, ITSM, ITOM, CSM) are advantageous.
