**Job Title**
IT Infrastructure Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise‑grade IT infrastructure to achieve 99.9 % uptime. Provide technical direction on architecture, security, and improvement initiatives, advise the CTO, and ensure alignment with business strategy and regulatory compliance.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a resilient infrastructure that supports core banking, applications, and services with minimal downtime.
- Maintain compliance with financial‑services regulations and internal security policies.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and influence technology decisions at senior levels.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Plan, deploy, and maintain servers, networks, storage, and security devices (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN).
2. Manage cloud environments – Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) – and ensure secure integration with on‑prem systems.
3. Monitor performance, conduct proactive capacity and fault analysis, and resolve incidents to prevent outages.
4. Design and execute disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans; lead regular testing and updates.
5. Oversee patching, vulnerability scanning, and remediation across Windows, Linux, databases, and security tools.
6. Provide day‑to‑day supervision and mentorship for IT Technical Support Analysts.
7. Collaborate with the CTO to align technology roadmap with business objectives.
8. Facilitate IT audits, document risk assessments, and maintain security controls documentation.
9. Contribute to infrastructure design reviews for new projects, ensuring scalability and resilience.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years experience managing IT infrastructure in the financial services sector.
- Proven record designing, deploying, and securing environments across Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Databases, Applications, and Cloud.
- Technical proficiencies: Azure, OCI, Windows Server (2012‑2019), Windows 10, Microsoft 365 & Exchange, Oracle 19c+, SQL Server, Linux/Red Hat, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Cisco switching, FortiGate, VPN, DLP, Intune MDM, NAC, VOIP (PBX), Trellix AV, SAN (Datacore), backup solutions (Arcserve), Windows Sys‑Update.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR) and audit processes.
- Leadership: ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
**Preferred/Advantageous Skills**
Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900), Citrix, VMware, Oracle ODA, Swift Alliance, Flexcube, Zscaler ZIA, Arcserve Backup, Websense, Oracle WebLogic, API/ESB configuration, Java/JavaScript.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications: Azure or equivalent cloud, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), VMware (VCP), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) or Oracle database certifications preferred.
