**Job title:** Marketing & Growth Strategist **Role Summary:** Senior, commercially‑focused strategist responsible for driving new business, partnership development, and market presence to scale revenue to £3 million. Owns the growth agenda, secures high‑value client projects, and embeds Garden’s value proposition into all outreach. Operates independently, collaborates with partners, and supports agency positioning and culture. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable revenue growth through acquisition and account expansion. - Build a robust, high‑quality pipeline while maintaining strategic brand integrity. - Act as a thought leader within the agency, influencing future growth plans and culture. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Identify, target and secure new business aligned with positioning and growth strategy. 2. Conduct research to pinpoint priority brands, sectors, founders and decision‑makers. 3. Refine value proposition, messaging and differentiation. 4. Plan and execute content, outreach and engagement campaigns. 5. Manage and qualify inbound enquiries; nurture prospects alongside partners. 6. Secure new client projects up to £100k independently; collaborate on larger opportunities. 7. Craft and present compelling pitches emphasizing long‑term partnerships. 8. Develop go‑to‑market strategy supporting a £3 million revenue pipeline. 9. Contribute to agency‑wide growth planning and future positioning. 10. Strengthen reputation through internal PR, awards, talks, and opinion pieces. **Required Skills:** - Proven marketing strategy and new business development experience. - Track record of winning, growing and retaining high‑value client relationships. - Commercial acumen in fee, scope and value discussions. - Strategic thinking with practical delivery capability. - Leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and clear communication. - Passion for brands, culture and long‑term value creation. - Ability to build effective pitch lists and sector‑targeted campaigns with media budgets. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Business Development Professional, Marketing Strategy) preferred but not mandatory.
