**Job Title:** Head of Insurance **Role Summary** Lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of insurance programs for a luxury brand protection service provider. Oversee program design, financial viability, and relationships with insurers and clients while driving commercial outcomes. Act as a technical insurance expert and strategic leader across multidisciplinary teams. **Expectations** - Own end-to-end insurance program lifecycle, including negotiation, performance tracking, and structural optimization. - Build and scale internal insurance capabilities to support geographic and brand expansion. - Direct commercial strategy for high-stakes deals where insurance structures are critical to closure. - Develop tools and processes to integrate insurance logic into user-facing technology and client solutions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, negotiate, and manage insurance programs (coverage, limits, exclusions) for luxury brands. 2. Monitor claims activity, loss ratios, and performance metrics to adjust pricing and program terms. 3. Establish and maintain relationships with insurers, brokers, and brand risk managers. 4. Lead insurer selection, partnership frameworks, and international program rollouts. 5. Represent insurance expertise in commercial negotiations with corporate legal, risk, and finance teams. 6. Collaborate with product and tech teams to create scalable tools for non-expert users and internal workflows. **Required Skills** - 5–10 years in corporate/affinity insurance, with program structuring and negotiation experience. - Demonstrated success in complex deal closures and long-cycle sales environments. - Strong analytical skills for risk assessment, pricing models, and performance optimization. - Commercial acumen to align insurance solutions with business objectives and client needs. - Cross-functional leadership to guide teams in product, tech, legal, and commercial areas. - Advanced interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement at senior levels. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Insurance, Finance, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or insurance-specific credentials) strongly preferred.
