**Job title** Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) **Role Summary** Drive outbound lead generation and pipeline management to expand the professional services and training business. Engage prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns, qualify opportunities, and book senior stakeholder meetings while collaborating closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams. **Expactations** - Proactive outbound prospecting with consistent activity levels. - Achievement of defined sales targets and contribution to revenue growth. - Development of strong client relationships and effective communication of solutions. - Continuous learning of product offerings, market insight, and objection handling. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and engage prospects via client mapping, cold calling, LinkedIn, and email sequences. - Conduct discovery conversations to uncover requirements, challenges, timing, and urgency. - Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior stakeholders. - Collaborate with senior sales, delivery, and technical teams; attend follow‑up calls to understand opportunity closure. - Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, and report outcomes. - Provide market feedback on objections and messaging performance. **Required Skills** - High‑activity outbound sales experience; comfortable with cold calling and rejection. - Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent outreach. - Strong communication, questioning, and listening skills. - Coachable, metrics‑driven, resilient, and self‑motivated. - Interest in long‑term sales career growth. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 2+ years of outbound or high‑activity sales experience, preferably in IT or technology sales. - No specific degree or certification required; relevant sales or technical certifications are a plus.
