Expectations: - Lead and mentor a high‑performing development team. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust Salesforce artefacts. - Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with industry standards. - Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑changing setting.
