Mandatory Skills: Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud

SME for Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, licensing considerations, security architecture, and integration patterns.

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.

Education - College degree, preferably a B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science or a degree with Clinical focus from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in programming in a distributed computing environment or clinical/healthcare experience

• Experience - 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce development.

• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect).

• Proven experience leading Salesforce development efforts in complex environments.

• Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to fast‑changing environments.

• Advanced problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.

• Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities within development teams.

• High attention to detail and commitment to coding quality and best practices.

• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, batch/queueable jobs, SOQL/SOSL.

• Experience in healthcare delivery or regulated industries preferred.

• Experience with CRM/Contact Center platforms is a plus.
