Job Description
**Job Title** IT Systems & Business Process Automation Lead (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise IT systems and internal business processes to enhance performance, reliability and digital readiness. Own end‑to‑end solution development (RPA, Power Platform, low‑code tools), data governance, user support, and project coordination within a small cross‑functional team. **Expectations** - Deliver scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency. - Maintain high data quality and compliance with GDPR and internal security standards. - Provide proactive user training and level‑1 functional support. - Drive continuous improvement and digital culture across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer external IT service provider and professional software, ensuring optimal system performance. - Analyze, validate and monitor system updates to avoid negative impact on existing processes. - Translate user requirements into functional specifications and validate against business needs. - Participate in corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the IT system. - Manage user access rights and document functional procedures and system documentation. - Conduct functional and regulatory monitoring; enforce data consistency, reliability, and GDPR compliance. - Map current business processes, identify inefficiencies and design automation workflows (VBA, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, RPA). - Implement integrations with SharePoint, Power BI, CRM, and other tools; maintain automated process documentation. - Standardize and optimize repetitive process templates. - Provide first‑level functional support, train users, and produce guides/tutoriels. - Promote continuous improvement and digital transformation. - Lead or co‑lead digital transformation projects: coordinate stakeholders, monitor milestones, deliverables, and budget. - Participate in security, privacy, and data best‑practice initiatives. - Keep abreast of automation and analytics technologies. - Feed strategic data collection tools with recruitment insights, performance indicators, and actionable intelligence. - Contribute to regional strategy through targeted action plans. **Required Skills** *Technical* - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Excel, and VBA. - Experience with process modeling (BPMN, SIPOC). - Working knowledge of Python, RPA, low‑code/no‑code tools. - Understanding of GDPR, data security, and IT governance. - Ability to write specifications, conduct tests, and perform system validations. - Project management experience (V‑model, Agile). *Behavioral* - Rigorous, autonomous, and well‑organized. - Strong analytical and synthesis skills. - Pedagogical, service‑oriented, and user‑focused. - Passion for data, innovation, and simplification. - Ability to work cross‑functionally and build consensus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field. - Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals/Associate) and/or RPA tools are advantageous.
