Job Description: **Job Title:** Director of Amazon **Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end Amazon marketplace strategy for high-value enterprise clients, driving growth through performance-driven programs in advertising, retail operations, and audience development. Requires dual brand-agency experience and strategic leadership. **Expectations:** - Minimum 9+ years in Amazon Commerce (Vendor/Seller Central). - 9+ years in Amazon Advertising (Ads, DSP, AMC). - 5+ years in full-service Amazon account management. - Strong retail media platform expertise. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and execute full-funnel Amazon strategies (Sponsored Advertising, DSP, retail operations). - Align commercial goals with marketplace data, forecasting, and optimization. - Design integrated strategies for investment modeling, ROI measurement, and sustained growth. - Mentor junior teams and collaborate with enterprise clients. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in Amazon ecosystem (Commerce, Ads, DSP). - Full-funnel program design and execution. - Data-driven decision-making and investment modeling. - Leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in Amazon Vendor/Seller Central operations mandatory. - Certifications in Amazon Advertising/DSP preferred (not required).
