The ideal candidate has experience both on the brand and agency side, an executive presence and the ability to mentor and develop more junior employees. This coupled with expert knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, and we are on for a winner!

Coming in as the Director of Amazon you will lead Amazon marketplace strategy for high-value Enterprise clients, taking end-to-end ownership of growth planning and execution. You will design and activate holistic, full-funnel programs spanning Sponsored Advertising, Amazon DSP, retail operations, and audience development. By aligning commercial goals with marketplace signals and performance data, you will build integrated strategies that support investment modelling, forecasting, measurement, and continuous optimization to deliver sustained, measurable results.

If you have…?

9+ years’ experience Amazon Commerce (Vendor and Seller Central)
9+ years’ experience in Amazon Advertising, strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, DSP and AMC
5+ years’ experience in full-service Amazon AM
Strong exposure to Retail Media platforms
Degree educated
