Operate in a fast‑paced, independent environment, collaborating with marketing to refine lead generation and conversion strategies. **Expectations** - Handle all inbound sales inquiries across phone, email, web, and social. - Convert inquiries into booked jobs and closed sales. - Maintain ongoing relationships through project execution and follow‑up. - Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion metrics. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, web forms, and social channels. - Actively pursue prospects to schedule appointments and secure sales. - Conduct sales calls, educate prospects, address objections, and close deals. - Draft, send, and follow up on estimates and proposals. - Track leads, sales activity, and conversion KPIs. - Assist in marketing lead‑generation initiatives: create newsletters, blog posts, and email campaigns. - Manage and schedule social media posts; monitor online inquiries. - Provide feedback on lead quality, customer trends, and campaign performance. - Answer and route professional phone calls. - Process customer payments and manage related administrative tasks. - Encourage and manage receipt of client reviews. **Required Skills** - 1+ year proven inbound sales or service‑based sales experience. - Excellent phone communication, persuasion, and closing skills. - Strong follow‑up, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. - Independent work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Excellent organizational and written communication skills. - Comfortable operating in a non‑routine, high‑pressure environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. - No specific certifications required. ---
