**Job Title**: Growth Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the company’s growth engine by designing and executing a multi‑channel acquisition strategy that consistently generates qualified leads. Drive brand visibility, expand the user base, and optimize the funnel from awareness to lead qualification. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging, data, and CRM segmentation.
**Expectations**

- Continuously test and scale high‑performing channels.
- Provide data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Multi‑Channel Acquisition Strategy**
- Plan and run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Organize webinars, LinkedIn outreach, and social networking to build authority.
- Secure partnerships (clusters, schools, consultancies) and identify new lead sources.
- Develop and launch email, cold‑email, and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
2. **Pre‑Nurturing Funnel Optimization**
- Work with Lead Acquisition Manager to define target segments, tagging, and CRM workflows.
- Design, test, and improve landing pages, forms, CTAs, and offers with a focus on friction reduction.
- Monitor conversion path (impressions → clicks → landing page → form → qualified lead).
3. **Lead Magnet Development**
- Create assets such as guides, checklists, templates, diagnostics, quizzes, whitepapers.
- Deploy lead‑magnet campaigns and measure impact on top‑of‑funnel growth.
4. **Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Track leads, engagement, social growth, webinar participation, and landing page conversions.
- Produce regular KPI reports, ROI analysis, and actionable improvement plans.
**Required Skills**
- Digital marketing: paid media (Google/Meta/LinkedIn/YouTube), SEO, SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Landing page & CRO, form & CTA testing.
- Content creation, copywriting, bilingual (English & French).
- LinkedIn outreach, networking, partnership building.
- Event and webinar coordination.
- CRM management, lead scoring, data analysis.
- Project management, cross‑team collaboration, strong communication.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a similar growth‑focused role.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
