Role Summary
Provide expert UX guidance for a complex B2B SaaS human cyber risk platform that combines phishing simulations, security awareness training, and agentic AI. Use AI‑augmented workflows to identify usability issues, prioritize high‑impact improvements, and evolve AI‑driven interfaces, ensuring that enterprise security teams can adopt, configure, and recover from errors independently.

- Deliver measurable improvements: faster customer goal achievement, higher critical workflow completion, clearer business outcomes for config actions, reduced Customer Success/Support dependencies, faster issue recovery guided by product.
- Enable users to discover features, self‑configure, onboard, and resolve errors without contacting support.
- Advise cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support, CS) on UX impact for product strategy.
- Use AI daily to accelerate research, prototyping, documentation, and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly self‑onboard the platform; diagram current workflows and interactive experiences.
- Analyze product analytics, session replay, error logs, and telemetry to surface UX pain points.
- Apply recognized usability frameworks (e.g., SUS, HEART, NPS) and evidence‑based evaluation methods.
- Prioritize opportunities using frequency, severity, and impact‑effort matrices; influence feature backlog.
- Recommend and prototype self‑service improvements: onboarding flows, configuration SRs, discoverability, system feedback, error recovery, in‑product guidance.
- Lead structured user research: usability tests, task‑based sessions, surveys with beta customers; synthesize findings for actionable insights.
- Author AI‑generated documentation, quick‑start guides, and product‑specific UX standards.
- Advocate for AI‑enhanced UX solutions across the organization; translate research into business outcomes.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of UX design on complex B2B SaaS platforms, preferably security or compliance.
- Proficient in AI/native design workflows: daily use of tools for analysis, insight generation, rapid prototyping, and documentation.
- Strong data‑driven mindset: experience with analytics dashboards (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), session replay (e.g., FullStory), and telemetry.
- Deep knowledge of usability evaluation frameworks, industry standards (ISO, NIST), and product discovery methods.
- Proven track record improving self‑service experiences in global SaaS products.
- Expertise conducting and synthesizing structured user research (usability tests, task studies, surveys).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable with remote, async-first collaboration and business‑time coordination (UTC+0 to +3).
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- UX certification (e.g., NN/g, Interaction Design Foundation) and/or AI‑interaction or product‑design certification preferred.
