Keepnet is a SaaS Human Cyber Risk Management platform used by enterprise security teams globally. The platform combines phishing simulations, security awareness training, phishing reporting and response, and agentic AI in one platform. Our customers already achieve strong adoption and engagement across organisations of all sizes, from small teams to large global enterprises and MSSPs managing security programs for many customers. Security teams actively run simulations, manage training programs, and respond to threats through Keepnet.

Familiar UX, agentic evolution.

As the industry moves into the AI era, product interaction models are evolving quickly. AI-assisted workflows, faster discovery of capabilities, and more autonomous product experiences are becoming the new standard. Keepnet is already part of this shift, with agentic AI capabilities live in production today, supporting both prompt-based and fully autonomous experiences. Enterprise security platforms are powerful but often complex to operate. One of our ambitions is to make advanced security capabilities feel intuitive, fast, and outcome-driven.

We are looking for a UX Advisor who wants to help evolve the platform for this next generation of AI-driven interfaces and shape how enterprise security products are experienced in the age of agentic AI.

Keepnet’s AI-first engineering team and leadership work closely with an advisory board and experienced specialists across different domains. We value working with experienced advisors and collaborating closely with people who bring deep expertise in their field.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means continuing to strengthen the product experience as the platform evolves.

Examples of measurable improvements include:

Faster achievement of customer goals and use cases inside the platform
Higher completion rate for critical outcome-driven workflows
Clear understanding of the business outcome of each configuration or action
Reduced dependency on Customer Success and Support for common tasks
Faster recovery when challenges occur, guided directly by the product

Customers should be able to:

Discover and understand features independently
Configure capabilities with confidence
Recover from errors without contacting support
Complete onboarding and activate the product smoothly

The product should increasingly guide users toward successful outcomes through clear interface design, helpful system feedback, and AI-assisted product experiences.

What You'll Do

Understand the product quickly. You are comfortable self-onboarding using product documentation, AI tools, and product exploration.

Advise and guide the team in identifying UX improvement opportunities using real product data. Work with product analytics, session replay, error monitoring, and engineering telemetry to highlight where users could achieve outcomes more smoothly.

Apply structured UX evaluation methods. Use recognised usability frameworks and evidence-based approaches to evaluate product behaviour and user flows.

Prioritise UX improvements by impact. Guide the prioritisation of the highest-impact improvements using frequency, severity, and impact-effort analysis.

Improve self-service UX across the product. Advise on improvements to onboarding flows, configuration experiences, feature discoverability, system feedback and recovery, and in-product guidance.

Lead targeted user research when needed. Design and run usability sessions, task-based testing, or structured surveys with beta customers when deeper insight is required.

Advise across the organisation. Your recommendations may affect Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and leadership decisions.

Work in an AI-Driven Way

You operate as an AI-augmented UX advisor.

AI is expected to be part of your everyday workflow. For example:

AI-assisted product analysis
AI-supported UX diagnostics
Rapid AI prototyping
AI-generated documentation
AI-assisted guidance and solution development
AI-accelerated opportunity tracking and investigation

We care less about the specific tools and more about how effectively you use AI to accelerate insight and experimentation.
