Job Description
Job title: Business Finance Relationship Manager Role Summary Lead originations and manage the full cycle of business finance deals for commercial clients. Build and nurture client relationships, deliver tailored funding solutions, and capitalize on cross‑selling opportunities across finance and FX products. Expectations • Consistently generate new business finance opportunities and convert them into funded deals. • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects with a high conversion rate. • Deliver measurable revenue growth and achieve commission targets. Key Responsibilities - Prospect, qualify, and engage new and existing clients through outbound outreach and inbound leads. - Conduct needs assessments, propose suitable financial products, and guide clients through application and approval processes. - Manage lender relationships, negotiate terms, and secure funding placements. - Build long‑term client relationships and identify cross‑selling opportunities. - Utilize LinkedIn and other digital channels to promote personal brand and business growth. - Collaborate with marketing to create and share content that drives inbound interest. - Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, deal progress, and revenue forecasts. Required Skills - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in commercial or business finance brokerage. - Strong business development acumen with track record of originating and converting deals. - In‑depth knowledge of business finance products, structures, and funding partners. - Outstanding client‑relationship management and communication skills. - Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social media for lead generation and brand building. - Highly motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred). - Relevant finance or brokerage certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, ACCA) are a plus. ---
