Synergy Exchange is growing and we are looking for an experienced Commercial Finance professional to join our team.

This role is aimed at individuals with a minimum of 2 years proven experience in commercial trade, debt or business finance. You will already be confident dealing directly with clients, managing applications from initial conversation through to submission and lender engagement.

The role

You will be responsible for originating and managing business finance opportunities, building strong client relationships and delivering funding solutions that genuinely add value.

Synergy Exchange offers a unique proposition combining business finance and overseas FX payments on one platform, creating multiple revenue streams per client and a strong competitive edge.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years experience in commercial finance or business finance brokerage

• Strong business development background with the ability to originate and convert opportunities

• Solid understanding of business finance products and structures

• Knowledge of funding partners and how to place deals effectively

• Confident managing client relationships from first contact through to application stage

• Driven, ambitious and passionate about the industry

• Comfortable promoting yourself and your successes on social media

• Confident using LinkedIn as a business development tool
