**Job Title** Junior Brand Manager **Role Summary** Support the implementation of brand growth strategies and the execution of integrated marketing programs across media, PR, influencers, and point‑of‑sale for key consumer brands. Act as a brand ambassador and operational lead, ensuring alignment with cross‑functional teams and timely launch of innovations. **Expectations** - Champion brand integrity and consumer relevance. - Translate data‑driven insights into actionable growth initiatives. - Deliver localized media assets, PR, influencer, and POS campaigns that resonate with the Belgian market. - Drive execution excellence and monitor performance to inform decision‑making. - Collaborate closely with sales, customer strategy & planning (CSP), and supply chain to maintain consistency and effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** - Build deep brand expertise to act as a brand ambassador. - Define and implement brand growth opportunities based on analytics. - Localize media assets for Belgium and oversee production. - Lead PR and influencer campaigns, ensuring brand alignment. - Execute point‑of‑sale momentum and trade story development with sales and CSP. - Master launch systems to deliver innovations on time and within scope. - Analyze brand performance, prepare insights, and support clear decision‑making. - Manage in‑home and out‑of‑home marketing channels. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG. - Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies (media, PR/influencers, POS). - Fluency in Dutch or French and English; additional language skills are a plus. - Strong analytical mindset with P&L awareness. - Excellent verbal and written communication; compelling presentation skills. - Detail oriented with high standards for quality. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams; Power BI knowledge is a plus. - Leadership potential and experience managing cross‑functional projects. - Passion for data‑driven market insight and shopper behavior. - Team player who is proactive, independent, and quick to learn. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - No mandatory certifications, but relevant marketing or analytics certifications are advantageous.
