Job Purpose
The Marketing team is at the heart of the company, building winning brands across the years. As a Junior Brand Manager, your main objective will be to implement the innovation & portfolio strategy and help craft impactful media & PR campaigns. You will be the one who champions the perfect execution of our portfolio & communication plans, manages our influencers approach and leads the operational side of the marketing projects. To succeed in your role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (mainly sales, customer strategy & planning (CSP) and supply chain) to ensure alignment and effectiveness in execution.
This role is part of the Belgian Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities
Build brand expertise to become a true brand ambassador for our consumers & customers
Implement brand growth strategies:
Define data-based growth opportunities for our key brands
Localize media assets for our Belgian market
Lead our PR & Influencers campaigns
Execute our point-of-sales momentums
Master the systems needed to launch innovations on time in full
Co-create compelling trade stories with our sales & CSP colleagues
Analyze brands performance to support clear decision-making
Work on the In-Home & Out-Of-Home channels
What You Need To Succeed
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
>2 years experience in marketing (ideally within FMCG)
Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies, including media, PR/influencers and point-of-sales
Dutch or French, and English
Analytical mindset with P&L understanding
Compelling presentation skills
Eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written English Skills
Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, Teams. Power BI is a plus
Leadership
Strong passion for a data-based understanding of the market, brands essence and shopper needs
Highly motivated team-player
Highly proactive & independent
Eager to learn quickly and interact with others
