Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Acts as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams within a multinational fleet‑management organization, translating operational needs into clear system requirements and guiding delivery of enhancements. Expactations: Deliver ready, validated requirements that support regional standardisation; manage change requests from concept to deployment; maintain a forward‑looking EU product roadmap; foster governance improvements and cross‑functional knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyse and translate business change requests into aligned requirements. • Assess impact of system changes on business processes. • Support enhancements to fleet systems (contract management, quoting, reporting, remarketing, short‑term rental). • Lead and participate in workshops and business committees to prioritise initiatives. • Coordinate collaboration between business users and external vendors. • Manage end‑to‑end change requests, including testing and communication. • Prepare proposals for Product/IT approval with scope, effort and budget estimates. • Maintain a 6–12 month EU product roadmap. • Serve as primary interface between head office, local markets and vendors. • Drive continuous improvement in governance, working methods and knowledge sharing. Required Skills: • Business analysis and project management experience in an international setting. • Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and analytical problem‑solving. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives amid ambiguity. • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Fluent in English; additional languages valued. • Proven stakeholder management across multiple levels. • Organizational and coordination capabilities. • Collaborative team orientation, empathetic and confident communication. • Willingness to travel occasionally. Desirable: • Knowledge of project management methodologies. • Experience with fleet, leasing or mobility systems. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management or a comparable field.
