**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary:** Support Marketing Leads in planning and executing integrated B2B marketing initiatives across the sales funnel. Serve as a hub for content creation, sales collateral, event execution, research, project coordination, and performance reporting to drive brand awareness and revenue enablement. **Expectations:** - Operate in a fast‑growing environment with a hybrid schedule (≥3 days on‑site weekly). - Manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines. - Collaborate cross‑functionally and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in producing marketing assets (case studies, social posts, whitepapers, etc.). - Develop and update sales enablement materials (decks, one‑pagers, email templates). - Plan and execute external (conferences, trade shows) and internal events (round tables, networking). - Conduct account and industry research to inform messaging and targeting. - Coordinate marketing projects, align stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery. - Track metrics, generate reports, and present insights to internal teams. **Required Skills:** - 2‑4 years of B2B marketing experience or equivalent transferable experience. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to craft concise, compelling content. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and modern AI/marketing tools. - Collaborative mindset with a service‑oriented attitude. - Action‑oriented, curious, and growth‑focused. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required; relevant marketing certifications are a plus.
