About the Company

We provide the STRATEGY and EXECUTION for the complete revenue journey from initial brand awareness (marketing) through to closing game changing new logo deals (sales) and expanding revenue from existing accounts (account management). Phase 1: Review and Recommend We audit your marketing, lead generation and sales plays and recommend what you should keep doing as well as what you should change. Phase 2: Implementation We implement the changes that we recommend in phase 1. We have a fulltime SDR work with you (under our management, using our techniques) to generate leads and battle test messaging. We have a social media manager that runs your social media for you (LinkedIn, YouTube and so on) if that's what you need. We make sure you can do everything on your own before we move to stage 3 (Phase 2 is often 6 months of work+) Phase 3: Support We remain in a supporting function, enabling you to call on us to help with anything you need. We can remain performing certain tasks if that suits you (for example, running your social media accounts, or running phone based campaigns)

Expectations: Consistently meet or exceed daily cold‑call quotas; maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records; identify and nurture qualifying leads, contributing measurable growth to the revenue pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct extensive outbound cold calling in English to engage potential clients. - Initiate, manage, and document follow‑up communications via email and phone. - Use CRM systems to track interactions, update lead status, and report activity metrics. - Perform market and prospect research to refine target lists and messaging. - Collaborate with sales team to develop outreach scripts, outreach strategies, and refine lead qualification criteria. - Contribute to continuous improvement of outbound processes and outreach effectiveness. Required Skills: - Proven outbound lead generation and cold‑calling experience. - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Sales and business development acumen. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment. - Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
