This Is Scale provides strategy and execution for the complete revenue journey from initial brand awareness, through to closing new deals and expanding revenue from existing accounts. First we audit your marketing, lead generation, and sales processes and recommend optimal changes. We then implement these changes with strategy and execution, filling your pipeline so you don't have to.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative). The Outbound SDR will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and managing follow-up communications. The individual will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute outreach strategies, identify potential business opportunities, and support the overall sales process. Daily tasks include cold calling (A LOT), using CRM systems to track and manage leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with team members to optimize results.

Qualifications

Previous outbound lead generation experience
Cold Calling Experience (English Language)
Excellent English Language communication
Sales and Business Development skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
