Job Title: Financial Analyst – Residential & Hospitality Role Summary: Provide financial analysis and modeling support for residential rental and hospitality assets, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and investment evaluation to inform asset management and investment decisions. Expectations: - Early‑career professional with 1–3 years of finance, accounting, or real‑estate analysis experience. - Demonstrated interest in residential and hospitality real‑estate markets. - Ability to learn and apply industry‑specific financial metrics and reporting practices. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and monitor financial performance (revenues, operating expenses, NOI) of residential and hospitality properties. - Build and maintain property‑level financial models, including cash‑flow projections, rent roll analysis, and sensitivity scenarios. - Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multifamily and hospitality assets. - Track and report key performance indicators: occupancy, average rent, RevPAR, operating margins, and capital‑expenditure spend. - Contribute to investment analyses for acquisitions, refinancing, and value‑add projects. - Prepare lender and investor reporting on property performance and financing covenants. - Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls. - Collaborate with property management, asset management, and external partners to verify data accuracy. - Conduct market and financial research to support rental strategy, pricing, and long‑term investment decisions. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with meticulous attention to detail. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling. - Experience analyzing rent rolls, operating statements, and building financial models. - Excellent organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities. - Clear written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Passion for residential real‑estate and hospitality investment analysis.
