Job Description
Job Title: Revenue Systems Administrator Role Summary: Serve as the primary expert for Salesforce and associated GTM systems, ensuring reliable operation, security, and user support across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Lead configuration, automation, and data quality initiatives as part of the organization’s Salesforce transformation, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver efficient, reportable processes. Expectations: - Administer Salesforce for up to 5 years of experience, handling user management, permissions, and automation. - Provide daily end‑user support and resolve system queries. - Gather stakeholder requirements, translate them into system changes, and implement improvements. - Independently document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. - Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and IT to troubleshoot process and data challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets. - Configure and maintain process automation (workflow, Process Builder, Flow). - Support integrations with Clari, Workato, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other GTM tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce performance and integration issues. - Conduct onboarding/off‑boarding of users and oversee security hygiene. - Maintain clear documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. - Translate stakeholder requirements into functional system enhancements. - Partner with cross‑functional teams to address data quality, process, and reporting gaps. Required Skills: - 3–5 years Salesforce administration experience, including user and permission management and configuration-based automation. - Strong requirement gathering and translation into system changes. - Proven end‑user support and issue resolution abilities. - Excellent documentation skills for processes and configurations. - Proficiency in English. - Stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. - Bonus: Experience with Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Service Cloud, or GTM tools (Clari, Outreach, Workato, ZoomInfo, JIRA) and background in data quality, integrations, or automation projects.
