Job Title Sales Partner Role Summary Commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth through managed‑service contracts, designing the go‑to‑market strategy, and positioning the firm as a security‑first IT partner. Owns the sales cycle, partnership development, tender management, and early client success. Expectations 1. Scale the existing sales engine to support long‑term business growth and equity value. 2. Secure high‑value MSP contracts, with a focus on SME clients seeking security‑first IT solutions. 3. Build and manage strategic relationships (e.g., insurance brokers, business networks) to generate qualified leads. 4. Deliver compelling tenders and proposals that communicate commercial value and technical rigor. 5. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and manage the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team on digital outreach and local networking to establish brand authority. 7. Ensure a smooth transition for new clients during the first 90 days, promoting retention. Key Responsibilities - Prospect, negotiate, and close managed‑service contracts (MSP), targeting SMEs. - Cultivate and steward relationships with insurance brokers (Cyber‑Insurance/IASME) and other key stakeholders. - Lead tender response creation, ensuring alignment with board expectations and technical feasibility. - Manage end‑to‑end sales pipeline within a CRM, generating transparent revenue forecasts. - Partner with marketing on LinkedIn, social selling, and local events; strengthen brand presence. - Act as the commercial advocate for new customers, overseeing onboarding, adoption, and early‑stage success. Required Skills - B2B sales leadership in IT services, SaaS, or cyber security. - Proven track record of closing multi‑year, high‑value contracts. - Strong negotiation and procurement‑process expertise. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a startup environment. - Network‑building capabilities within local or regional business communities. - Collaborative, inclusive approach to internal and external stakeholder engagement. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant sales or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+) preferred.
