As the Sales Director and Equity Partner at KP IT Services Ltd, you will be the commercial engine of the business. While the Managing Director leads the technical strategy and service delivery, you will own the entire "Go-to-Market" strategy. Success in this role means transforming our current momentum into a scalable sales engine, securing high-value managed service contracts, and building a brand presence that positions us as the premier "Security-First" IT partner in the region. You aren't just joining an organization; you are co-building it. You will have a seat at the table to shape our service offerings, pricing models, and long-term vision.

Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, prospect, and close new Managed Service Provider (MSP) contracts with a focus on SME clients requiring "Security-First" IT support.
Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance brokers (specifically for Cyber Insurance/IASME leads) and local business networks.
Tender & Proposal Management: Lead the creation and delivery of professional tender responses, ensuring our commercial value and technical robustness are clearly communicated to boards of directors.
Sales Pipeline Management: Implement and maintain a CRM system to track leads from initial contact through to onboarding, providing regular visibility into revenue forecasts.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on digital marketing efforts, including LinkedIn social selling and local networking events, to build brand authority for KP IT Services Ltd.
Customer Success: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for new clients during their first 90 days to ensure a seamless transition and long-term retention.

Qualifications
Proven Sales Leadership: Extensive experience in B2B sales, ideally within the IT services, SaaS, or Cyber Security sectors.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable working in a "start-up" environment and is motivated by equity-based rewards and long-term business value.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits for non-technical executives.
Strategic Networking: A deep existing network within the local or regional business community is highly desirable.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex procurement processes and negotiate multi-year service contracts.
Collaborative Spirit: A commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral communication and a partnership-focused approach to internal and external relationships.
