Job Description
**Job title:** Program Administrator – Secret Cleared **Role Summary:** Provide operational and administrative support for large, complex program transformation initiatives. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, track progress, document lessons, and facilitate execution of governance and operational frameworks within a federal environment. **Expectations:** - Maintain program roadmaps and planning documents. - Ensure timely reporting of outcomes and lessons learned. - Support governance documentation, decision tracking, and process improvement activities. - Work collaboratively with an organizational design consultant and multiple stakeholders to align priorities and execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and support cross‑functional working groups and project teams. - Track program progress, capture lessons learned, and report outcomes. - Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, and planning documentation. - Monitor implementation of business practices and operational processes. - Gather stakeholder input, align priorities, and ensure consistent execution. - Prepare presentations, briefings, reports, and supporting materials for leadership. - Assist with governance activities: documentation, decision tracking, and process improvement. - Provide general program administration and operational support as required. - Facilitate communication and information flow between working groups. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Experience in program or project administration within a federal government setting. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results. - Knowledge of governance frameworks and operational processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in preparing executive‑level presentations and reports. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of two years recent experience in corporate management and business practices implementation. - Minimum of two years recent experience in corporate operations governance oversight. - Current Government of Canada Secret Level security clearance. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related field (preferred).
