Onboard and train new European enterprise customers, delivering tailored workshops and documentation. 2. Monitor health scores, usage analytics, and churn risk indicators; develop proactive improvement plans. 3. Serve as primary point of contact for escalation resolution, coordinating with support, product, and engineering teams. 4. Conduct quarterly business reviews, present ROI, and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities. 5. Create and refine customer success playbooks, best practices, and onboarding templates. 6. Translate product updates and roadmap changes into client‑centric value statements. 7. Maintain accurate account records in CRM, ensuring data integrity for billing and compliance purposes. 8. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, or local meet‑ups to enhance brand presence. **Required Skills** - Fluency in French (native) and English (professional); additional European languages a plus. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Analytical mindset: comfortable with data dashboards (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, or equivalent). - Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate cross‑functional teams. - Experience with SaaS or complex software platforms; knowledge of AI/ML offerings beneficial. - Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fully remote environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Professional certifications such as Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) or similar are advantageous. ---
