Salary: €5,500 – €7,200 per month + Performance Bonus + Benefits

NextMatch AI (www.nextmatch.ai) is a high-growth SaaS platform bridging the gap between North American tech and the EMEA market. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager based in France to manage our high-value European accounts.

This is a premium, internal role. You will be the face of our company for French and European enterprise clients, coordinating directly with our teams in Toronto and Abu Dhabi.

What We Are Looking For:
Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business or Engineering school preferred.
Language: Native-level French and professional fluency in English.
Mindset: A high-trust professional who understands the rigors of global compliance and data security.
Experience: 2–5 years in a client-facing, banking, or project management role.
