**Job Title:** Information Technology Service Management Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and manage IT service management (ITSM) initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring efficient delivery of core applications, digital transformation projects, and enterprise IT services. Oversee project planning, execution, and integration of cloud, modernization, and DevOps practices while maintaining alignment with ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, and Agile frameworks.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver large‑scale IT projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Demonstrate advanced technical expertise in cloud, modernization, integration, and data platforms.
- Ensure high service quality, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Provide strong stakeholder communication and client‑facing project leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Plan, execute, and close ITSM projects, applying PMP/PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum best practices.
2. Manage end‑to‑end deployment of ERP, CRM, core banking, or industry‑specific applications.
3. Architect and implement cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid‑cloud environments.
4. Lead application modernization using microservices, containers, API management, and middleware.
5. Integrate enterprise systems via ESB, iPaaS, or API gateways.
6. Oversee data platform solutions (data lakes, BI, analytics, AI/ML) and continuous delivery pipelines.
7. Implement DevOps practices: CI/CD, automated testing, and release automation.
8. Define and enforce cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery plans, and performance optimization.
9. Conduct stakeholder briefings, progress reporting, and post‑implementation reviews.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master).
- ITIL v3/v4 service management.
- Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Microservices, containers, API management, middleware.
- ESB, iPaaS, API gateways.
- Data lake, BI, analytics, AI/ML fundamentals.
- DevOps (CI/CD, automated testing, continuous delivery).
- Cybersecurity, disaster recovery, performance tuning.
- Strong written and verbal communication; client‑centric mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project‑management certification.
- ITIL certification mandatory.
- Agile/Scrum Master certification highly preferred.
