Job Specifications

We are hiring for one of our major clients for the below requirement in Abu Dhabi.

Job Details:

Role: ITSM Project Manager

Employment Type: 1 year & extendable contract (Long term), outsourced

Work Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required. Agile/Scrum Master certification highly preferred. ITIL certification is mandatory.
10+ years in IT project management with significant involvement in core application deployments and enterprise digital transformation.
Proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP, CRM, core banking, or industry-specific application programs.
Advanced technical experience in:
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud models.
Application modernization (microservices, containers, API management, middleware).
Enterprise integration frameworks (ESB, iPaaS, API gateways).
Data platforms (data lakes, BI tools, analytics, AI/ML enablement).
DevOps practices (continuous integration, automated testing, continuous delivery).
Strong exposure to cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery planning, and enterprise performance optimization.
Should have strong experience in deployment and implementation, as well as hands-on involvement in client-facing projects
