Job Description
Job title: **ServiceNow Account Director** **Role Summary** Drive enterprise sales of ServiceNow‑aligned services and consulting solutions. Own and expand a portfolio of high‑value corporate accounts, build senior stakeholder relationships, and achieve a £3 million annual revenue quota. **Expectations** - Close at least £3 million in sales annually through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. - Maintain 3–4× pipeline coverage and a high win‑rate on complex enterprise opportunities. - Deliver accurate forecasting, prospect tracking, and quarterly account plans. - Represent the business at industry events and provide market intelligence to product teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Own end‑to‑end sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation, contract closure, and post‑sale client success. - Build and sustain senior‑level relationships across IT, Ops, Digital, and Transformation functions. - Position ServiceNow implementation, advisory, and managed services as solutions to client business goals. - Identify and pursue cross‑sell/upsell opportunities within managed accounts. - Partner with delivery, pre‑sales, and technical consultants to craft compelling proposals and solution designs. - Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, CRM updates, and predictive forecasting. - Deliver quarterly and annual account plans, win/loss analysis, and market feedback to senior leadership. **Required Skills** - Proven enterprise technology sales experience (SaaS or consultancy) with a history of closing £2–3 million+ deals. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow products, capabilities, and the broader digital‑transformation landscape. - Ability to consult with C‑suite and senior IT/business stakeholders and translate operational challenges into service opportunities. - Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a results‑driven mindset. - Established professional network within large enterprise markets. - Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented consultancy. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Familiarity with, or certification on, ServiceNow or similar workflow/platform solutions is highly desirable.
