Job title: Executive Business Partner Role Summary: Lead go‑to‑market growth for enterprise advertising, cultivating and closing strategic relationships with professional brands and businesses across North America while tailoring white‑label ad solutions and proposals for the founder and executive team. Expectations: - Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in advertising or SaaS. - Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com, SQL, and Excel for data‑driven prospecting and pipeline management. - Strong communication and executive presence; ability to present complex proposals to C‑level stakeholders. - Knowledge of the AI landscape and comfort leveraging AI tools in sales processes. - Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven with a track record of closing sizable deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure new enterprise advertisers, expanding into additional ad markets and target segments. - Design and customize marketing packages, rate cards, media kits, and purchase agreements to meet client needs. - Drive end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align offerings with platform capabilities. - Maintain detailed Salesforce records, analyze performance metrics, and refine sales strategies accordingly. Required Skills: - B2B sales, deal‑closing, and customer relationship management. - Salesforce.com administration; SQL and Excel for reporting and analytics. - Exceptional written and verbal communication; polished executive presentation skills. - AI tools proficiency (e.g., generative AI, recommendation engines) relevant to advertising. - Strong organizational skills, self‑discipline, and a high level of energy. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). - Salesforce certification or equivalent sales technology credential (preferred).
