**Job title**: SAP Architect (Technical, Functional & Solution)
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of SAP environments across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms. Coordinate technical, functional, and solution aspects to align IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring performance, security, and scalability of SAP solutions.
**Expectations**
- Deliver architecture for SAP technical stack, functional modules, and overall SAP landscape.
- Manage multi‑disciplinary teams (on‑shore/off‑shore) and drive transformation initiatives such as S/4HANA migrations and SAP BTP integrations.
- Provide strategic roadmap and governance for consistent, simplified SAP processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Technical Architecture**: Design SAP technical frameworks (SAP Basis, NetWeaver, HANA), define integration standards (PI/PO, CPI, APIs), and ensure performance, availability, and security.
- **Functional Architecture**: Define functional blueprints, conduct design workshops, oversee module choices (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.), and streamline business processes.
- **Solution Architecture**: Integrate functional and technical layers, manage overall SAP system coherence, craft transformation roadmaps, and participate in IT and business governance.
- Lead migrations to S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Mentor and manage cross‑functional teams in complex, often international, projects.
**Required Skills**
- SAP Basis, HANA, NetWeaver, and system performance/availability expertise.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and SAP integration middleware (PI/PO, CPI, APIs).
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and business process knowledge (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).
- Leadership and coordination across technical, functional, and solution domains.
- Experience managing on‑shore/off‑shore teams and executing large‑scale SAP transformations.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- SAP Basis certification, SAP HANA certification, and/or relevant functional module certification preferred.
- Additional certifications in cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and SAP integration are advantageous.
