Job Description: **Job Title** Commercial Management Systems IT Unit Lead (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead the IT unit dedicated to commercial management tools, guiding business requirements, technical solutions, and development projects. Manage a team of analysts and programmers, oversee maintenance and support, ensure project delivery, and maintain application quality and availability. **Expectations** - Stimulate engagement and alignment within the team and across stakeholders. - Demonstrate leadership, organization, and adaptability. - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. - Maintain strong knowledge of commercial management and related IT systems. **Key Responsibilities** - Translate business needs into clear, technical specifications. - Recommend or select functional/technical solutions. - Oversight of TMA (Tier‑3 Support) and third‑party maintenance. - Validate technical scopes and ensure adherence to development requirements. - Enforce commitments, budget controls, and KPI tracking. - Lead development of in‑house tools, pilot implementation, and monitor project progress. - Identify and validate technical solutions with the IT architect. - Communicate project status through steering committee meetings. - Guarantee operational conditions for unit applications, tracking availability, deadlines, and quality. - Drive improvement action plans for service quality. - Manage, coach, and serve the unit team of ~10 analysts/programmers. - Define objectives, monitor performance, and support change management. - Participate in recruitment with HR and handle administrative/HRS tasks for the team. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in a similar IT leadership role. - Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. - Functional knowledge of commercial management modules (sales/ logistics). - Familiarity with AS/400 and Adélia systems. - Proficiency in JIRA administration and usage. - Adaptability, service orientation, and results focus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - Relevant IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or equivalent) preferred.
