Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Role Summary: Senior-level Salesforce Administrator responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in a high-volume sales and contact center environment. Expectations: - Manage user access, security, and data integrity. - Build and refine automation (Flows, validation rules) to improve lead management and customer interactions. - Deliver actionable reporting and dashboards for sales and leadership. - Provide training, documentation, and support to end‑users. - Participate in releases, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Operate onsite in a fast‑paced office setting. Key Responsibilities: - Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations. - Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. - Develop and maintain Flows, validation rules, and process automation. - Support lead management, speed‑to‑lead, call tracking, and reporting workflows. - Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and leadership. - Ensure data quality across leads, contacts, accounts, and projects. - Collaborate with Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Contact Center teams. - Provide Salesforce training, user documentation, and ongoing support. - Participate in Salesforce releases, UAT, and continuous improvement activities. Required Skills: - 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience. - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation, and security best practices. - Experience in high‑lead-volume, sales‑driven environments. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. - Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201). - Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
