Job title: Brand Marketing Manager
Role Summary:
Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution for purpose‑driven beauty brands, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across DTC, retail, and digital channels.
Expectations:
- Deliver full‑funnel, omni‑channel campaigns that align brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
- Translate customer insights into compelling, data‑driven marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Creative, and Operations to synchronize launch timelines and retail programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for new product launches, brand storytelling, and promotional events.
- Own the omni‑channel marketing calendar; coordinate campaigns, content, promotions, and retail activations.
- Brief, produce, and publish content for brand, DTC, and e‑commerce platforms; optimise user experience and pipeline.
- Manage social media strategy, community building, and influencer partnerships to elevate earned media and UGC.
- Monitor and synthesize Voice of Customer data; generate actionable insights for messaging, product support, and future campaigns.
- Partner with Sales to create sell‑in assets, in‑store merchandising, and co‑branded retail initiatives.
- Track, report, and analyse performance metrics; present insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years in integrated/brand marketing, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or CPG.
- Proven track record of scalable omni‑channel campaigns and DTC growth.
- Expertise in social commerce, digital content, and e‑commerce optimization.
- Strong project management, cross‑functional communication, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and creative sensibility combined with a data‑driven mindset.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, consumer empathy, and a passion for sustainability and purpose‑driven business.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or Brand Management are preferred.
