Job Description

Job Title: Solution Manager – Belgium (Flanders) Role Summary: Manage technical support, training, and documentation for product installers; serve as liaison between field, commercial, and international teams; contribute to product improvement and market positioning in the Benelux region. Expectations: Mid‑level professional; hybrid/remote work with regular travel; proactive self‑starter; advanced proficiency in Dutch and English; desire to grow in a fast‑expanding renewable energy company. Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver product training programs to installers in Dutch and English. - Provide technical assistance to installers and address installation challenges. - Create and maintain manuals, technical data sheets, and presentations for internal and external audiences. - Gather and communicate field feedback to product development teams; prioritize enhancements. - Support sales during customer meetings and trade shows, positioning products against competitors. - Coordinate product launches and customer projects with teams in France, Germany, and the Benelux Sales organization. Required Skills - Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and battery technologies. - Strong written and verbal communication in Dutch and English; additional European languages welcome. - Customer‑orientated mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities. - Proactive, self‑directed, and collaborative across cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. - Professional experience in a technical role within solar, energy storage, or EV sectors is a plus.
