Responsibilities

• Training and knowledge sharing

Assist in organizing and delivering product training to installers (in Dutch and English)

• Installer support & customer contact

Support installers with technical questions and installation challenges.

• Technical documentation and presentations

Contribute to the development of manuals, training materials, technical data sheets, and presentations for internal and external audiences.

• Collect product feedback

Bring insights from the field to the product team. Help prioritize improvements and provide input for future product development.

• Supporting the commercial team

Collaborate with sales during customer meetings and trade shows. Think along about the positioning of products relative to competitors.

• Collaboration with international teams

Collaborate with colleagues in France (Solutions), Germany (R&D), and the Benelux Sales team to ensure smooth product introductions and customer projects.

Your Profile

·      Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.

·      Experience:

Previous work experience in a technical role in the solar, energy storage, or EV sector is a plus

·      Skills:

Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, or batteries is a strong advantage.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Good communication of English and Dutch (spoken and written).

Proactive work attitude and interest in growing within a rapidly expanding organization.

·      Languages:

Fluent in Dutch and English; additional European languages are a plus.
