Job Description: **Job Title:** Procurement Intern **Role Summary:** Support end-to-end procurement activities for a chocolate manufacturing company, focusing on sourcing raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies to optimize cost, quality, and lead time. **Expectations:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress (preferably in engineering, business, or procurement). - Strong analytical skills and initiative to manage procurement projects. - Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration with R&D, production, and supply chain teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute sourcing strategies for ingredients, packaging, and indirect supplies. - Manage RFQ/RFI processes, analyze supplier data, and develop dual sourcing for critical categories. - Support indirect procurement activities, including pricing negotiations and supplier benchmarking. - Coordinate with Material Planner to ensure timely supply of materials. - Provide forecasting insights to suppliers to mitigate supply risks. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for new product development projects. - Maintain procurement systems (data collection, reporting, Procure-to-Pay workflows). **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred. - Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities. - Multilingual proficiency in French and English. - Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (procurement-related disciplines preferred). - No specific certifications required.
