Job title: Innovation & Marketing Intern Role Summary: Short‑term, full‑time internship (6 months) focused on supporting the product development pipeline, market & trend analysis, digital marketing, business development and packaging initiatives for a chocolate manufacturing business. Expectations: - Current enrolment in a Master’s degree (Marketing or related field) - Prior internship or work experience in a medium or large company - Passion for branding, product innovation, and packaging design - Autonomy, proactivity, solution‑orientation, and a hands‑on approach - Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail - Team‑oriented, international mindset, fluent in French and English Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development of core, seasonal, and new‑business chocolate collections in collaboration with R&D, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and external agencies. - Benchmark competitors and identify cross‑industry trends to inspire product concepts. - Assist in the execution of SEO/SEA campaigns, collect online market & consumer insights, and produce blog posts and website copy to support brand strategy. - Support marketing event planning, fair participation, and coordination of sales samples. - Work with the chef chocolatier on client‑specific product development. - Coordinate with suppliers and the Procurement team to enhance packaging design and execution.
