We are proud to produce for the Godiva brand, but we are also expanding into the Private Label market.

Your future role

Product Development

You will play an active role in the product development process of core and seasonal collections as well as specific developments for new business purposes, including marketing activation activities. For this purpose, you will collaborate with internal cross functional departments (R&D, Purchasing, Quality, Production, etc.) and external agencies.

Market and trend analysis

You will be responsible for benchmarking our competitors, as well as gathering ideas or trends from various industries in order to bring some new inspiration to the team.

Digital

You will support the implementation of our growth strategy through SEO/SEA, gather online market & consumer insights, and contribute to brand management by creating new blog posts and/or website content.

Business Development

You will assist the marketing team in organizing events and fairs that MBC is attending. You will also support the Sales team with samples requests and work closely with our chef chocolatier on product development for our clients.

Packaging

You will support the development and improvement of chocolate packaging through supplier coordination and collaboration with the Procurement team.

The profile we are looking for:

You are currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree with a specialization in Marketing
You have a first experience (internship) in a medium or large sized company

You have a passion for branding and (chocolate) product innovation
You have an interest in packaging development
You are autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on
You are dynamic and well organized, with an eye for detail
You are Team-oriented with an international mindset
Being a chocolate lover is for sure a big asset!

You are fluent in both French & English.
