Job Description
**Job Title** Regional Sales Manager **Role Summary** Lead and grow a high‑performing field sales team across a multi‑state region, driving sales of DIY and professional paint products both in‑store and through direct B2B channels. **Expectations** - Achieve or exceed region sales and profit targets. - Travel 50 %+ of the week within the assigned territory. - Mentor and develop team members, spending the majority of time in the field. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with corporate goals. - Train, coach, and evaluate field sales representatives. - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing key customers. - Partner with internal stakeholders to refine sales processes and capture market opportunities. - Analyze team performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet objectives. - Provide field insights to product and marketing teams. **Required Skills** - Proven team leadership and mentorship experience. - Strong sales acumen in B2B and B2C environments. - Proficiency with CRM, sales analytics, and territory reporting tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to travel extensively within the region. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree **or** 8 + years of sales experience in lieu of a degree. - Background in sales management (5 + years of proven experience). - Valid U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship required).
