Job Description
Job Title: Global Brand Activation and Trade Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of global brand activation programs, primarily “The Coravin Guide” and “The Coravin Sommelier Summit,” while also managing digital trade marketing activities, including the B2B Trade Portal and trade communications. Collaborate cross‑functionally with global teams and external agencies to align activations and digital content with brand strategy and KPI objectives. Expectations: Deliver activation projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting defined performance metrics (e.g., market reach, engagement, sales lift). Expand guide presence into new markets, execute high‑impact events, and maintain a sophisticated, up‑to‑date trade portal. Provide analytical insights and continue to refine trade marketing strategies based on data. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the Coravin Guide program: market expansion, playbook creation, launch event planning, and ongoing activation support. - Design and coordinate the Sommelier Summit agenda, venue research, logistics, and supporting materials for 3‑4 regions. - Partner with the Senior Director of Global Marketing to redesign and maintain the B2B Trade Portal; ensure assets are current and performance‑optimized. - Create and deliver trade communications (email, SMS/WhatsApp) and manage the annual communication calendar. - Produce consumer and trade communications (emailers, organic social, PR) for activation events. - Monitor KPIs, collect data, analyze results, and report on activation effectiveness and trade portal performance. - Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and meet critical deadlines. - Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships across multiple markets. Required Skills: - Deep understanding of trade and consumer marketing mix, with hands‑on hospitality and on‑premise experience. - Proven event management skills, delivering high‑quality activations that reflect brand values. - Strong project management and organizational capability; ability to juggle several initiatives. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners. - Analytical proficiency: data collection, reporting, and deriving actionable insights. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field. - Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., PMP, Certified Trade Marketing Professional, Digital Marketing certifications).
