**Job title:** Account Executive **Role Summary:** Responsible for owning the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for an agentic AI platform targeting SMB and mid‑market customers. Drives revenue growth, expands the sales pipeline, and collaborates with product and marketing to refine messaging in a remote, high‑growth startup environment. **Expectations:** - 2–5+ years of B2B SaaS or AI sales experience (startup exposure preferred). - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets. - Demonstrate proactive, self‑motivated work habits in a remote‑first setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities from lead to contract. - Conduct discovery calls to identify customer pain points and workflow challenges. - Deliver compelling product demos that articulate AI‑driven automation value. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine sales messaging and positioning. - Track and report sales activity, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy. **Required Skills:** - Strong consultative selling and discovery techniques. - Ability to explain complex technical or AI solutions to non‑technical stakeholders. - Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Proven competency in using CRM software to manage pipeline and forecast. - Self‑organized, highly motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (none specified). ---
