**Job Title:** Head of Marketing **Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. Own brand positioning, demand generation, and market presence to drive enterprise sales. Requires hands-on execution and ownership of results. **Expectations:** - 7–10+ years’ B2B SaaS marketing experience (enterprise environment preferred). - Proven success in building scalable demand generation frameworks. - Strong strategic and narrative capabilities for complex, regulated markets. - Comfortable operating independently in agile, data-driven environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and performance optimization. - Build an inbound demand engine aligned with enterprise sales goals. - Collaborate with founders and sales to refine customer narratives and ideal customer profiles (ICPs). - Create high-impact content and leverage events/partnerships to establish market authority. - Monitor marketing effectiveness, scaling successful initiatives and discontinuing underperforming efforts. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in B2B SaaS demand generation. - Strong commercial judgment and strategic storytelling. - Experience in complex, regulated business environments. - Autonomous execution with minimal process or oversight. - Data-driven decision-making and A/B testing proficiency. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - No specific certifications required.
