Job Description

**Job Title** Inside Sales Representative **Role Summary** Full‑time, on‑site sales and order‑processing professional focused on servicing existing customers in the waterworks industry. Works cross‑functionally with purchasing, customer service, and warehouse teams while maintaining accurate sales records and handling quotations, orders, and inventory. **Expectations** * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Independently manage order flow and customer communications. * Support purchasing, inventory, and warehouse activities. * Deliver accurate records within internal systems. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Receive, enter, and track customer purchase orders. 2. Prepare and send sales quotations; process orders. 3. Coordinate product purchases and assist inventory management. 4. Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email. 5. Perform warehouse duties as needed. 6. Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and internal systems. **Required Skills** * Strong verbal and written communication, customer‑focused style. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks. * High organizational ability, team orientation, and self‑driven execution. * Ability to lift up to 25 kg and hold a valid driver’s licence. **Required Education & Certifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Preferable experience in customer service or the waterworks industry.
