**Job Title:** Managing Consultant – ServiceNow Technical Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, ensuring technical excellence, governance compliance, and alignment with client objectives. Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving project delivery, quality assurance, and transformation initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on scope, time, and budget while meeting governance and security standards.
- Translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions and maintain operational readiness.
- Manage risk, compliance, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, execute, and close ServiceNow projects; manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, risk assessments, and audit/security standards.
- Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM); guide scripting and workflow automation.
- Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead UAT, performance testing, defect resolution, and documentation for operational hand‑off.
- Support business development activities: proposals, RFPs, pitches, and client engagement.
- Mentor and develop team members; foster a collaborative delivery community.
- Pursue continuous learning and share knowledge through internal initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow administration and development.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow suites: SPM, ITSM, HRSD, IRM.
- Proficiency in scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies) and integration.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow implementation standards.
- Project management experience with Agile and Waterfall; proven risk, audit, KPI, and governance oversight.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional leadership.
- Ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate parallel workstreams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 (or equivalent) preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM) and related micro‑certifications.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
