Job Description
**Job title:** Senior Data & AI Recruiter **Role Summary:** Independent 360‑recruiter focused on Data, AI, Analytics and adjacent tech sectors. Owns end‑to‑end business development and placement lifecycle. Operates on a commission‑only model with potential up to 30 % monthly on achievements exceeding zero threshold. **Expectations:** - Self‑generate all new business; no warm desk. - Secure and manage an annual pipeline capable of £250k+ billings in a high‑profit environment. - Deliver consistent revenue growth and maintain high commission earnings. - Demonstrate strong ownership and proactive client engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, win and onboard new clients in banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail and related markets. - Execute the full 360 recruitment cycle: candidate search, screening, interview facilitation, offer negotiation and placement. - Build and sustain long‑term client relationships, understanding their strategic data & AI needs. - Maintain accurate opportunity and placement records; prepare reporting for commission calculations. - Participate in external marketing, events and round‑table activities to support business development. - Collaborate with optional delivery support teams, splitting revenue on shared assignments. **Required Skills:** - Proven 360 recruiting experience in Data, AI, Analytics or closely related technology fields. - Strong business‑development and sales acumen; ability to generate own leads and close deals. - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, comfortable operating with high autonomy and minimal oversight. - Proficiency in recruitment CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Familiarity with UK ICT recruitment market dynamics, salary benchmarks and regulatory requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred). - Recruitment or sales certifications (e.g., Certified Recruitment Professional, CIRP, etc.) are a plus. ---
