Fully Remote (UK)

£35k-£45k + up to 30% monthly commission (zero threshold)

The numbers

Top biller last year: £440k
Average perm fees: £12k-£15k
Mix of retained and contingent
Commission up to 30%, zero threshold, resets monthly
Contract pays the same as perm (above 12% margin)

The role

You’ll win new clients in Data / AI and run your own market end-to-end.

Full autonomy.

Delivery support available if you want it (50/50 splits).

Marketing, events and roundtables to support BD.

This is a sales role. There is no warm desk.

This is for you if:

You’re a proven 360 recruiter in Data, AI, Analytics or adjacent tech
You generate your own BD and don’t rely on internal accounts
You’re capable of £250k+ billings in the right environment
You want autonomy, flexibility and high earning potential

This is not for you if:

You want a warm desk
You prefer delivery-only roles
You need structure, KPIs or close management
