**Job Title:** Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Senior marketing professional leading a multi‑disciplinary team to develop and execute a comprehensive corporate marketing strategy. Responsible for brand consistency, collateral production, event management, promotional campaigns, and digital channels to drive sales and revenue growth.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable marketing ROI supporting business objectives.
- Manage a marketing team of three and collaborate with the Design Studio Manager.
- Maintain brand integrity across all internal and external communications.
- Operate within budgets and timelines for events, campaigns, and collateral.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior leadership, sales, and external partners.
- Provide strategic direction while actively participating in hands‑on execution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team.
2. Provide strategic guidance to the Design Studio Manager for high‑quality design output.
3. Develop and implement a corporate marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
4. Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints.
5. Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring high‑standard delivery of activities.
6. Direct production of print/digital collateral and catalogues (content, design oversight, proofing, printing).
7. Plan and execute exhibitions, seminars, conferences, trade shows, and customer events (logistics, budgets, stand design, communications).
8. Design and manage promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers, and sales mailers.
9. Support sales teams by providing effective tools, resources, and tailored marketing content.
10. Update and monitor website, social media, and other digital platforms; analyze and report campaign performance.
11. Build strong stakeholder relationships with senior leadership, product, procurement, operations, and external agencies/partners.
12. Negotiate with printers and creative suppliers for cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven senior marketing experience in a B2B environment with team‑leading responsibilities.
- Strong grasp of corporate marketing principles, brand development, and campaign management.
- Expertise in digital and promotional marketing, event planning, and catalogue production (in‑house or outsourced).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project‑management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of supporting revenue growth.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (advanced degree or related certifications preferred).
