**Job Title:** Technical Systems Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Drive end‑to‑end technical operations, overseeing system administration, application support, and network infrastructure. Ensure reliable, secure, and compliant systems while collaborating with business units to align technology solutions with business objectives.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver high‑quality technical service supporting enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Maintain system resilience through proactive monitoring, security hardening, and disaster recovery planning.
- Communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Adapt rapidly to evolving technology landscapes and continuous process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer servers, backups, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and network components; provide first‑line user support.
- Configure, integrate, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics (Engage CRM), SAP, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot, redesign, and optimize system components to accommodate customizations and new features.
- Lead development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities across the application lifecycle.
- Apply cybersecurity best practices, conduct risk assessments, and maintain security controls.
- Create and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Partner with business and technology teams to design and implement purpose‑built platforms.
- Document system architectures, procedures, and compliance requirements.
**Required Skills:**
- Full application life‑cycle management experience (design, test, deploy, retire).
- System administration: Windows, Linux, networking, backup solutions, Wi‑Fi, firewall.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root‑cause‑analysis abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and security standards.
- Disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Preferred: coursework or certifications in business analysis, project management, or related quantitative fields.***
